Kitchen Design: Fully Integrated

This project involved combining two apartments, and the owners wanted an open-plan kitchen, combined with living space and a showroom for a home business. Because they did not want the feeling of a refrigerator towering over them, they installed Sub-Zero refrigerator drawers. By doing so, they were able to keep similar surfaces throughout for a harmonious feeling. This is the essence of an integrated kitchen, where appliances fit beautifully into the decor without being obtrusive.
