• Purchase a BlueStar range and have the product delivered and fully installed.
• Contact BlueStar customer service at 1.800.449.8691 within 10 days of installation to schedule White Glove Service.
• BlueStar will dispatch a certified BlueStar service technician to your home within 10 days to fine-tune your BlueStar for optimal performance.
• Upon completion of the White Glove Service, the standard 1 year limited warranty will be doubled to a 2 year limited warranty.
• All BlueStar RNB ranges and cooktops are eligible. And this service will also extend to purchases of BlueStar's upcoming wall ovens and drop-in cooktops.
