Elgot sells and installs both window and thru-wall air conditioners for the mid to high-end Manhattan residential market. We are highly experienced in dealing with the varied and unique requirements of pre-war and post-war coops and condominiums, brownstones, townhouses and landmark buildings. Since we install each window air conditioner with angle brackets, our installations comply with the NYC Department of Buildings Local Law 11. We are fully insured and licensed by the Department of Consumer Affairs.

We sell air conditioners to fit sleeve units, specialized top of the window installations, and, if necessary, we can cut a hole in the wall to accommodate a new air conditioner.

Elgot is an authorized repair agent for Islandaire and Friedrich air conditioners. Our air conditioner service department is located in the Bronx and our trucks are in Manhattan every day. We service all the models we sell, and can store your units in the winter, and provide in-home spring and fall cleaning of your air conditioner too.
